2. This is an application under Section 32(4) of the Rent Control Act. By an order passed today the respondents have been permitted to deposit all the arrears of rent without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. The effect of such deposit can always be examined by this Court whilst deciding the Writ Petition on merits.
