Heard Shri Vallabh Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

2. This is a Petition to correct an observation in the impugned Judgment dated 24.09.2014 to the effect that Appellant no. 1 is not the husband of the Appellant no. 2. The question of exercising jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with that regard as all the parties before the Revision Court are not present would not at all be appropriate at all.

3. Hence, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Revisional Court for correcting such observation. In case any such application is filed, the learned Judge shall decide such application on

WP/2/2015 its own merits after examining the locus of the Petitioner in accordance with law.
