Heard Ms. Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr. Manguirish Kenkre, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.
2. The above Execution Proceedings filed by the Appellant to execute the Award passed by the learned Arbitrator Mr. S. S. Rangnekar, dated 07.12.2010.
3. During the course of the proceedings of the above Petition, learned Counsel appearing for the Judgment Debtors has produced a Demand Draft in the name of the Registrar for a total sum of Rs.1,21,81,123/-. Learned Counsel appearing for the Decree Holders accepts the correctness of the said amount due in terms of the said Award. As such, the Judgment Debtors are permitted to deposit the
EA/28/2015 said Demand Draft with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. After such amounts are realised, the Registrar (Judicial) shall issue a cheque in favour of the Decree Holders for the said amount and deliver such cheque to the duly authorised representative of the Decree Holder.
