2. The Order dated 16.8.2019 passed by Mr. Rajendra D. Mirajkar on an application for furlough preferred by the petitioner reveals that the application of the petitioner shall be reconsidered after receipt of desired report from the Superintendent of Police (South).

3. It is submitted by Mr. Phaldessai, that said report has already been received and application of the petitioner will be reconsidered on the basis of said report.

4. In that view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to reconsider the report of the Superintendent of police and pass appropriate order as per law on the application of the petitioner within two weeks. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
