Perused the application. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Mr. Usgaonkar, the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant has furnished a copy of the letter dated 1/10/2015 addressed by Mr.V. R. Malkarnekar to the applicant. Perused the said letter. It appears that the Principal Chief Engineer is the competent authority in the matter. In such circumstances, a copy of the order dated 4/9/2015 be sent to the Principal Chief Engineer with a request to depute Mr. Malkarnekar as a member of the said Committee as the said officer had earlier visited the site and is in know of the facts and circumstances. The time for submiting the report is extended up to
