Since the main Writ Petition No.670/2013 has already been disposed of by order dated 24.7.2014, which shows it to be "dismissed as withdrawn", this application in the said Writ Petition cannot be filed and therefore, the applicant, who appears in person seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appropriate proceedings in this Court. Permission for withdrawal of the application with liberty as prayed for is granted.
