This is an application for substituted service by publication.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the respondent no.3 could not be served on the last known address as he has left. He submits that the service may be allowed both by pasting and publication.

3. In the circumstances, the application is allowed, permitting the respondent no.3 to be served by publication as well as by

MCA/739/2017 pasting on his last known address. Notice is made returnable on 31/10/2017.
