Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 3(a) to 3(c).

2. There is an inadvertent error on the part of the applicants/cross objectors, where the cross objection filed in the two appeals were erroneously tagged to an appeal, other than in the appeal, which was filed. The cross objections are erroneously exchanged. This aspect is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondent no. 1, which is the appellant in both the appeals.

3. Considering this and by consent of parties, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 8. Necessary amendment/ correction to be carried out forthwith.
