Upon hearing Shri Talaulikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find that any interference is called for in the impugned judgment, in the exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2. The respondent was examined and cross examined over a period of time, after which he sought reexamination, which was not granted by the Mamlatdar and which order was confirmed by the the learned Dy. Collector. The Administrative Tribunal by the impugned judgment and order has granted the application for recall. I have gone through the impugned judgment passed by the

WP/1029/2018 learned Administrative Tribunal. In the absence of the petitioner demonstrating any manifest injustice resulting out of the impugned order, no interference is called for. The petition is dismissed.
