2. The learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants-original Petitioners not being the complainants, may not be heard by the learned Magistrate.

3. We are of the opinion that an application should be first made to the learned Magistrate. In case the learned Magistrate does not entertain the Applicants, liberty to the Applicants to revive the present Application.
