The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioners intend to prosecute the application for setting aside ex parte decree pending before the Mamlatdar. The only apprehension expressed is that the observations and the findings recorded by the learned Addl. Collector will come in his way.
