Criminal Misc. Application No.129/2016 is filed by the applicant, who is the original accused, challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence in which there is a delay of four months and nine days. Application under Stamp No.3008/2016 is filed by the original complainant seeking enhancement of compensation.

3. For reasons stated in the said applications and on hearing the parties, the delay in filing the criminal revision application in both the applications is condoned. Let the criminal revision applications be registered.
