None for the Petitioner. The Petitioner has sought a declaration that Respondent No.2 has incurred disqualification to be the Member of Village Panchayat. The elections were held in May 2012. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 points out that the Petitioner'

s term of office as a Member of the Village Panchayat is already over and fresh elections had taken place thereafter. He states that Respondent No.2 is not elected as a Member of the Village Panchayat in the subsequent elections held.

In such circumstances, the Petition has become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
