The learned Advocate General on instructions states that the Respondent No.3 would carry out the site inspection, verify the alleged violation under the CRZ Notification, draw a detailed panchanama and report along with the photographs, the exact location, occupier, village/ward and would file a report before the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority within four weeks from today. He further states that the said Authority can decide the steps to be taken upon the said report within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the report. The statement made by the
PILWP/49/2018 learned Advocate General is accepted.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the statement made by the learned Advocate General, nothing survives in this petition. The statement is accepted.
