Considering that a judgment has been passed by the JMFC 'A' Court, Ponda in Criminal Case No.OA/925/2019, the present petition would be rendered infructuous. However, considering that the petition was uploaded late last night and circulated this morning, prior to the judgment being pronounced at 2.30 p.m. in the afternoon by the Trial Court, the petitioner may throw a challenge to the order dated 11.08.2025 and 20.08.2025 impugned herein, if he iles any appeal against the judgment and order of conviction/sentence that is passed by the Trial Court. 3.
