2. The Stamp (Main) No. 1378/2014 was dismissed for non compliance with the office objections under the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial). There is a delay of 8 days in filing the revision application.

3. As the civil revision application, Stamp (Main) No. 1378/2014 was dismissed at the stage of registration, it is not necessary to issue formal notice to the respondent. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
