Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of parties, the application is allowed. Consequently the order dated 4/9/2017 is modified. Clause 6(ii) of the order shall be read as under:

2. " It will be open for the petitioners to issue a notice to produce the documents to the respondent no.1 in respect of the documents at serial nos. 5 to 9 or to obtain the certified copies of the same to the respondent no.1 which shall then be produced before the learned trial court."
