In the above Civil Application, vide order dated 4th January 2022, stay was granted to the execution of the impugned award dated 26th September 2014, subject to the Applicant/Appellant depositing in this Court the entire awarded amount within a period of four weeks from 4th January 2022.

It is not in dispute that the entire awarded amount has been deposited within the stipulated period.

In these circumstances, the execution of the impugned award dated 26th September 2014 in Contract Agreement No. CENM-22 of 2005-06 is stayed till the Admission of the above Arbitration Appeal.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

Place the above Arbitration Appeal for Admission on 19th January 2023.
