Shri Faldessai, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1, upon instructions from the respondent no.1, present Director, Social Welfare Department, states that the directions issued by this Court, while disposing of Writ Petition No.387/2014, by judgment dated 11/03/2015, shall be finally complied with within a period of two months from today, after reconstituting the Committee in terms of the directions issued in the said judgment. Accepting the said statement of the Director, Social Welfare Department, the above Contempt Petition stands disposed of.

2. It is, however, clarified that the State Government shall ensure
