2. The petitioner is challenging the stop work cum show cause notice dated 09/09/2017 issued by the Administrator of Comunidade, South Zone. All that the Administrator has done is to issue show cause notice, to which the petitioner has admittedly filed a reply, raising the contentions as may be available to the petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the

WP/843/2017 learned Administrator is not deciding the matter.

4. At this stage, no case for interference with the impugned order is made out. The petition is accordingly disposed of, with a direction to the Administrator, to decide the matter after hearing the petitioner and respondent no.2 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order.
