Heard Mr Parikshit Sawant for the Petitioner and Mr Faldessai, learned Additional Government Advocate, for the Respondents. 2.

The petition seeks the following substantive reliefs:- "(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the Respondent No. 1 to notify Fishing Villages in the State of Goa in terms of the CRZ Notification of 2011.

Mr Sawant states that District Level CRZ Committees have been constituted and, therefore, the relief in terms of prayer clause (B) above stands worked out.

Insofar as relief in terms of prayer clause (A) is concerned, Mr Faldessai, on instructions, states that necessary notification in terms of the CRZ Notification 2011 will be issued within four months from today. This statement is accepted.

By accepting the above statement, this petition is disposed of. 6.

There shall be no order for costs.
