This application is to direct investigation of further violations in respect of 25 more cases. The petition, as filed originally, referred to 9 instances of violation, in which inquiry has already been conducted and FIR registered vide FIR No.43/2014 dated 22nd March, 2014. Mr. S.D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General states that the State will register a fresh FIR in respect of the violations brought on record in the present application.
