Heard Mr. Arun De Sa, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. He prays for release of the applicant by suspending his sentence pending the Revision Petition. The applicant has been convicted and sentenced for an offence punishable under Section 326 of IPC and directed to suffer Simple Imprisonment for one year and fine of Rs.10,000/-. Additional Sessions Judge however, reduced the sentence to six months and increased the fine amount to Rs.15,000/-. The learned Counsel submits that the fine amount of Rs.15,000/- has already been deposited. He further submits that the applicant was on bail throughout.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor has no objection for allowing the application.

3. As such, pending the Revision Petition applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount before the Additional Sessions Judge. Applicant shall attend the hearing of the Revision Petition as and when directed.
4. In view of above, the application stands disposed of.
