2. This is an application filed by the Official Liquidator to partially disburse a sum of Rs.36,39,083/- to 208 workmen of the concerned Company in liquidation whose claims have been found to be acceptable. The adjudication was carried out pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 11.03.2016 passed in Company Application no. 14 of 2016.

3. As the Liquidator claims that the adjudication is complete, there is no reason to refuse the relief sought by the Official Liquidator. But, however, the Official Liquidator shall confirm

COAP/15/2017 the authenticity of such claim as well as the identity of the individual workmen and, if so required, take the assistance of the concerned Trade Union before disbursing such amount.

4. Subject to the above, the Liquidator is permitted to disburse the said sum of Rs.36,39,083/- to the concerned workmen.
