1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. It appears that the grievance by way of filing this bail application is that after Condition No.2 and Condition No.5 were complied with by the Accused, by furnishing mobile numbers and addresses of two of her relatives, which have in fact been given to the Sessions Court, the verification of these phone numbers and addresses were pending. Learned APP, on instructions, now submits that the phone numbers and addresses of the two relatives have been verified and even found in order and the Accused No.2, Applicant herein, may be released since all other preconditions in the bail application have now been complied with.

3. In this view of the matter, the Additional Sessions Judge, Merces, Tiswadi, shall release the Accused No.2 on the PR Bonds of the Accused No.2 and the surety being executed before the Superintendent/Registry of its Court, which the Petitioner assures would happen during the course of the day.

4. Bail application stands disposed of with the above directions.
