P.C.:- This Writ Petition challenges a technical clearance granted by Town & Country Planning Department to Respondent No.6, which is a school run in a plot bearing Survey Nos. 95/17 and 98/1 of Village Canca, Bardez Taluka.

2. After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, upon taking instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in Court in person, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.
