2. The petition is disposed off by consent of parties in the following terms:

ORDER

(i) The petition is allowed. The impugned order is hereby set aside.

(ii) The petitioner has undertaken to file her affidavit in evidence before the Executing Court on or before 30.09.2019.

WP/753/2019 (iii) The parties have also agreed for examination of the petitioner, on commission. The parties will suggest the name of the Commissioner, before the Executing Court on 17.09.2019. On such name being suggested, the Executing Court shall appoint the Commissioner for examination of the petitioner on commission at Pune at the cost of the petitioner.
