Heard Mr. Kamat, the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the Court, where the suit is pending is presently vacant. The suit is of the year 2012. The petitioners are senior citizens and are seeking early disposal of the suit. It is submitted that the Court being vacant, the suit is not being proceeded with. The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners shall move the learned Principal District Judge for transfer of the suit to a Court, where there is a regular Presiding Officer. It is submitted that there is an application for early hearing filed in the suit.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move the learned Principal District Judge for transfer of the suit to a Court, where there

WP/1035/2016 is a regular Presiding officer. If such application is filed, the Principal District Judge shall decide the same expeditiously and in accordance with law.
