Heard Shri Amonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Shirodkar, the learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I do not find that any case for interference in the ad interim ex parte order is made out, in as much as the petitioner has already put in appearance before the Revisional authority and has filed an application for vacating the impugned order and challenging the maintainability of the revision application. The learned counsel points out that the revision application is now fixed before the Revisional authority on 7/1/2019. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed off. Needless to mention that the

WP/922/2018 revisional authority shall decide the application filed by the petitioners on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months of the receipt here of. C. V. BHADANG, J.
