Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. The order challenged is dated 07/08/2015 passed by the learned Registrar of this Court whereby the registration of an application for leave to appeal against acquittal, has been refused, for non-compliance with the office objections. The learned Counsel for the applicant states that since then the office objections are removed. The statement is accepted.

3. In as much as the original Criminal Application was rejected at the stage of registration, no notice to the respondents would be necessary. The notice is accordingly dispensed with.

4. For reasons stated, the Civil Revision Application is allowed.

CRA/3/2016 The impugned order dated 07/08/2015 is hereby set aside. The office shall proceed to register the Criminal Application subject to removal of office objections, if any.
