Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The Applicant- FICCI Multiplex Association of India is allowed to intervene in this petition. The Petitioners are directed to indicate their names in the cause title as intervenors.

3. Though, the intervenors, as a matter of right, are not entitled to file any reply, considering the issue raised in this petition. Liberty is granted to the intervenors to file reply to the petition.

4. Mr. Kantak, learned Senior Advocate for the intervenors assures this Court that such reply will be filed positively by 21st January, 2019. In case, the Petitioners desire to file rejoinder, they may do so by 28th January, 2019.

5. Place the petition on board on 5th February, 2019.

6. The Misc. Civil Application No.752 of 2018 is disposed of.
