Heard. Mr. Parag Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V. Sardessai, learned Additional Govt. Advocate for the respondent No.3.
2. The learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent No.3 states that the application dated 15/4/2016, filed by the respondent No.1 before the respondent No.3 for variation of the interim order dated 15/09/2015, shall be disposed of on or before 31st October, 2016, on its own merits, in accordance with law. The learned Additional Govt. Advocate also points out that the date fixed for hearing of such an application shall be preponed to ensure that the said application is disposed of on or before 31/10/2016.

3. Accepting the said statement of the learned Additional Govt. Advocate, the petition stands disposed of.
