The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has no instructions. However, at the same time, it is submitted that the applicant could not comply with the order dated 13/2/2018 and was unable to surrender before the learned Magistrate, as he is unwell. In any event the record shows that the order of conviction and sentence was confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge as far back as 7/8/2017. Since then, although there is no order of suspension in force, the applicant continues to be at large and has even failed to comply with the specific order passed by this Court on 13/2/2018. In such circumstances, I decline to entertain the criminal revision application which is accordingly dismissed.

2. The learned magistrate shall issue a non bailable warrant against the petitioner/accused and shall ensure that he is arrested to serve the sentence. The learned magistrate shall send a compliance report within three weeks from today. C. V. BHADANG, J.
