This is an application for transferring the amount deposited before this Court to the Executing Court.

2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the same is allowed. Office shall transfer the amount of Rs.2,39,184/-, deposited on 29.04.2002 alongwith interest, if any, to the Court of the learned District Judge-4 at Margao in Execution Case No. 24/2017, arising out of Land Acquisition Case No. 203/1995. The Executing Court shall pass appropriate orders about disbursement of the amount to the Decree Holders, in accordance with law.
