This Contempt Petition was disposed of by an order dated 23 February 2017 passed by this Court (F. M. Reis his Lordship then was). Order reads thus:- "Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents-contemnors states that the defaulted amount as well as the subsequent installments have been duly paid to the petitioner. Hence, no further orders at this stage in the Contempt Petition. Liberty to the parties to apply. The petition stands disposed of accordingly."

Subsequent to the above order, company application no. 20 of 2017 came to be moved by Mr. Abhishek Uday Naik stating that there were certain dues which were payable and as to what was recorded in
the order dated 23 February 2017(supra) ought not to be accepted as a complete payment. The said Company Application came to be decided by this Court by an order dated 21 June 2019. 3.
Subsequent to such order, contempt petition having being revived this petition has been consistently listed before this Court. It was listed on:- Sr.

On all the above these dates, the petitioner who was supposed to pursue the present proceedings which although was earlier disposed of and subsequently revived at his behest, was not represented
through his Advocate nor did he appear in person. Accordingly, it appears that the petitioner is no more interested to prosecute the present proceedings, moreso when he has failed to prosecute the proceedings for almost four years.

In these circumstances, Contempt Petition is required to be dismissed. Contempt notice issued against the respondent is accordingly discharged.

Ordered accordingly.
