On 30.8.2019, the following order was passed:- "Heard Shri V. Amonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Shri M. Amonkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of respondent no.3.

2. Issue notice before admission to the respondents no.1 & 2 returnable on 13/09/2019. The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by way of humdast.

3. Till the respondents no.1 & 2 are served, there shall be ad interim stay to the notice dated 24/08/2019."

2. Mr. A. D'Silva, learned Advocate waives notice on behalf of

WPCR/198/2019 respondent no.1. Learned Counsel undertakes to file vakalatnama in the office today. Statement is accepted.

3. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.1.

4. Petition can be disposed of finally by issuing following directions of which respective counsel agree. (i) Ad-interim relief granted on 30.8.2019 shall continue to operate till Criminal Revision Application No.45 of 2019 is decided and disposed of by the learned Sessions Judge, Panaji, Goa.

(ii) Ad-interim relief granted to the notice dated 24.8.2019 shall also be operational with respect to a similar notice dated 2.8.2019.

(iii) Learned Sessions Judge, Panaji, Goa is directed to dispose of aforesaid Criminal Revision Application No.45 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than three weeks from today.

(iv) Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
