Date:- 24th September, 2019 ORAL ORDER : (per M.S. SONAK,J.) Heard Mr. S. Keny and Mr. Salil Saudagar, learned Counsel appointed under Legal Aid Scheme appearing for the petitioners in the present petitions and Mr. P. Faldessai, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent- State.

2. The learned Counsel for the parties point out that the issues raised in these petitions stand covered by the decision of this Court dated 27/01/2014 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 10/2012, 21/2013 and 35/2013.

Upon perusal of these petitions as also the aforesaid decision, we are satisfied that the issue raised in these petitions is fully covered by our decision in the aforesaid Criminal Writ Petitions. Accordingly, by following the reasoning in our decision dated 27/01/2014 in the aforesaid Criminal Writ Petitions, we dismiss these petitions.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Though, we are dismissing these petitions we note that the petitioners had made their complaints way back in the year 2017 but

3 WPCR 199 & 200 of 2019 they were forwarded to this Court only in the year 2019. The Registry, therefore, should have been vigilant enough to process these complaints earlier.

For the present, we do not wish to make any further orders in these matters, except to observe that the Registry should be extremely vigilant in such matters and act with utmost care. 7.
