There seem to be some technical difficulties in the Civil Application where the applicant has applied for stay of the decree dismissing the applicant's suit. Therefore, at the request of Mr Naik, leave is granted to withdraw this Civil Application with liberty to file a proper Civil Application seeking interim reliefs. 2.

The Civil Application No.180/2019 is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh Civil Application seeking proper interim reliefs. As and when such application is filed, place the same for consideration. Further, Mr Naik states that the respondent would be served in the 8th March 2023

1-CA-180-2019.DOC appeal as well as the Civil Application before the fresh Civil Application is actually filed.
