1. After hearing Mr. Takkekar for sometime, he submits, on instruction of the Petitioner to withdraw present petition

2. Learned counsel Mr. Volvoikar appearing for Respondent strongly objected even for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the petition is an abuse of the process of law.

3. The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present proceedings.

4. Considering the dispute between the parties and the Order passed by the Trial Court, the parties are free to take necessary recourse in accordance with law before the Trial Court.
