Although reply filed on behalf of non- applicants nos.1,2,3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) shows that this application is opposed, the contentions raised therein disclose that the proposed legal heir has not been disputed to be the legal heir of respondent no.5 and such being the nature of opposition, I am of the view that the application deserves to be allowed, which would be appropriate for deciding the real controversy involved in this petition.
