In fairness, Mr Menezes for the Applicant states that the amount decreed will be deposited within a period of two weeks along with interest due, if any. Subject to that deposit being made, there will be a stay on execution. It is clarified that if the amount is not deposited, this order shall stand vacated and execution will then proceed.
