Heard Ms. Maria Collasso, learned counsel appearing of the applicant and Mr. Yogesh V. Nadkarni, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1.

2. This is an application inter alia directing respondent no.1 to pay the pensionary benefits in terms of the order dated 18.12.2013 prior to 1.1.2014 i.e. from the death of the deceased.

3. Petition has already been admitted. The order passed by this Court dated 18.12.2013 was only an interim order pending the disposal of the petition. In such circumstances, the question of granting any amount beyond the date mentioned in the said order would not arise. This aspect would have to be examined while considering the petition on merits. Hence, the application does not
