The Contempt Petition can be disposed off in view of the Order passed on 3rd October 2017 in Writ Petition Nos 809 of 2017, 810 of 2017, 816 of 2017 and 817 of 2017. There, the persons who had sought regularisation were afforded a further opportunity and their application of regularisation was directed to be reconsidered. The present Contempt Petitioner seeks implementation of the order of demolition.

Having regard to the fact that both matters relate to the same property, we deem it appropriate to direct the authorities while 10th October 2017
02-CP-35-17.DOC considering the regularisation application to also hear the present Contempt Petitioner before passing any orders. 3.
The Contempt Petition is disposed off in these terms with no orders as to costs.
