The affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent is taken on record, which shows that laterite stones have been removed and the access is cleared. The respondent has also tendered unconditional apology, which is accepted. As long as the order stands, the petitioner shall keep the access open. In such circumstances, nothing survives in the petition, which is accordingly, disposed of.
