2. This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing amount of compensation deposited in this Court while admitting the appeal. It is stated that during the pendency of the appeal half of the amount was paid to the applicants by the order of this Court. Now it is contended on behalf of the applicants that the appeal of the insurance company is disposed of by this Court and no further appeal is filed. So balance amount remained in the Court alongwith accrued interest shall be paid equally to the applicants.

3. In view of the above, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a). Registry to act accordingly.
