Leave to amend to correct the name of Respondent as Mr. Rajesh Naik in place of Mr. James Mathew. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned Advocate General appearing along with Ms Maria Correia for the Respondent would submit that there was some lapse on the part of concerned o0cer in not disposing of the representation of the Petitioners as per order dated 07.09.2021 In PILWP No.1678/2021 (Filing). However, 20th June 2023

5 CP-7-2023.doc learned Advocate General assures that the Chief Town Planner (Planning), Town & Country Planning Department would dispose of such representation within four weeks positively.

We accept the statement and accordingly, present contempt petition stands disposed of.

The Chief Town Planner shall communicate his decision within the said period to the Petitioner. Copy of this order shall be placed before the Chief Town Planner for compliance.
