This is an application for suspension of sentence awarded to the applicant by the Trial Court for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 304-A of IPC by which he is sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for 30 days and 60 days, respectively. 2.

It is submitted that the Lower Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal and, therefore, the applicant is before this Court

crma no.219 of 2019 by way of the present revision.

It is submitted that during the trial the applicant was on bail. He was taken into custody on 09/08/2019. It is also submitted that he has a good case on merits.

Shri Amonkar has no objection in suspending the sentence.

As such, pending the disposal of revision, the applicant is enlarged on his executing a PR Bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC. 6.

Application stands disposed of. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of the order.
