1. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the Deputy Collector of Pernem has disposed of the three pending applications under Section 33 of the Land Revenue Code, 1968 by Judgment dated 19.05.2025. Consequently, the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.

2. In view of the statement made and the order of the Deputy Collector, which is taken on record, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
