Appeal can be disposed of finally.

Communidade accepts the offer made for additional compensation @Rs.5.50 per sq. mt. for rocky land and Rs.2.75 per sq. mt. for Bharad land. This offer is accepted by the Comunidade subject to payment of all other statutory benefits payable on such additional compensation.

Our attention is invited to the order dated 31.1.2015 of the Goa State Legal Services Authority Lok Adalat which reads thus"- "Appellant's representative is present with Advocate Mr. A. Halarnkar and respondents are present with 1st September, 2023
Advocate Mr. K. More in F.A. Nol. 33/2011. The G. I. D. C. states that they are unable to offer more than Rs.13.27 ps. Per square metre for Bharad land and Rs.27.50 pc. Per square metre for rocky land, which proposal is not acceptable to the appellant. Let the first appeals be placed before the regular Court." 5.
Proposal of the GIDS is recorded in the order 16.6.2023. The same is acceptable to the appellant. However as there was delay in accepting the offer, the Comunidade would not be entitled for interest amount on the additional compensation for the period from 31.1.2015 till 29.1.2020 when the offer was accepted for the first time. 6.
In view of this appeal is disposed of in terms of aforesaid offer and the amount referred above.
