Amrut 1 MCA761-18dt 01-10-2018 IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.761 OF 2018 IN WRIT PETITION NO.415 OF 2018 Smt. Rosy Milena D'Souza ...
Applicant
Versus
State of Goa & Ors.
.... Respondents Mr. G. Usgaonkar, Advocate for the Applicant. Mr. D. Shirodkar, Addl. Government Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.
Coram : N.M. Jamdar & Nutan D. Sardessai, JJ.
Date : 1 October 2018.
P.C. :
Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. The learned counsel for the Applicant has sought recall of the order dated 15 June 2018 on the ground that the documents are not being supplied by the State Government to the Applicant. A reason as to why we are not entertaining the writ petition at that stage made clear in the order
Amrut 2 MCA761-18dt 01-10-2018 dated 15 June 2018.
2.
As regards the non furnishing of documents, we have repeatedly informed the learned counsel for the Applicant that an application can be taken out for directions to the State Government to give those documents. At one stage, the learned Addl. Government Advocate had shown his inclination to consider the request of the Applicant. However, the learned counsel for the Applicant only wants the order persistently to be recalled. There is no reason to exercise the review powers.
3.
The Civil Application is rejected.
